You acknowledge that these Terms constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between yourself and NunuNeeds (hereinafter referred to as “NUNUNEEDS”, “Company”, “we”, “us” , “our”) with reference to the use of this Platform. Please read these terms before ordering any items from our application. You become a user of the Platform (“User” or “you”), by entering, using, browsing or registering on the Platform. As a User, you agree and undertake to comply with the provisions of these Terms. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Platform. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Platform through your Internet connection are aware of these Terms and that they comply with them. 2. Our Service

The Nono Needs platform allows its users who agree to its terms to order from sellers, shops, etc. which may be operated and managed by third parties or affiliates of the platform (hereinafter referred to as (“Merchants”). The purpose of this platform is to provide a simple and convenient service to users by connecting them with merchants within their area to deliver orders (referred to as “Our Service”) enabling them to order a variety of goods including sweets, meals, drinks and various non-food items (hereinafter referred to as “Goods”). The interactive options allow users to place and submit orders with the click of a button. When you order from a merchant, the Talabat platform acts as an intermediary on behalf of that merchant to complete your order from the platform and manage your experience by managing the order. We have created the platform to serve as a marketplace for its users. The Nono News platform does not sell or interfere in any way in the production of any goods or services produced by merchants; what this electronic marketplace provides to users is the ability to search and find local merchants who offer or provide these goods at their addresses and enable them to order them through this platform. Thus, merchants are bound by the country's local laws, rules, regulations and standards relating to the goods, preparation, sale, marketing and safety of services. However, users should understand and acknowledge that Nono News Platform does not in any way independently verify the credentials, representations, or products of merchants, or the ingredients or quality of any products, or that the merchant complies with applicable laws. Users should be comfortable with the information provided by merchants on the Platform or upon users’ request directly from merchants regarding the quality and reliability of merchants, as well as their compliance with applicable laws. Accordingly, we reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit or restrict the sales of our goods to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. Due to the laws of some countries, we will not offer certain goods or restricted goods for sale to you; Any offer for any goods made on the Platform is null and void where prohibited by law.” Furthermore, Nono News Platform does not guarantee in any way the quality of any goods or the extent to which any goods comply with applicable laws and does not guarantee that the list of goods displayed on the Platform matches what is actually provided to users. As such, Nuno and its merchants (as applicable) will reasonably endeavor to comply with your instructions for an order. However, in some cases where this is not possible, available or commercially reasonable, Nuno and/or the merchants reserve the right to proceed with the preparation of the order in accordance with the standard operating procedures, however, Nuno and the merchants will not be liable for the replacement or refund of an order that does not comply with your special instructions. We therefore reserve the right, but are not obligated, to restrict or limit the sales of our goods to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. Due to the laws of some countries, we will not offer certain goods or restricted goods for sale to you; any offer for any goods made on the Platform is null and void where prohibited by law. Furthermore, Nono Platform does not guarantee in any way the quality of any goods or the extent to which any goods comply with applicable laws and does not guarantee that the list of goods displayed on the Platform matches what is actually provided to users. In addition, the Merchant may represent that the preparation of the Goods and Services complies with special standards, for example (including but not limited to) “organic” or “vegan” standards or allergen-specific standards, for example (including but not limited to) “nut-free, gluten-free, or lactose-free foods.” However, the Nuno Platform is not obligated to make ingredient information or allergen-specific information available on its Platform. In addition, Nuno does not warrant that the goods sold by Merchants are free of allergens, unless otherwise required by applicable laws. If you have allergies, allergic reactions, or dietary restrictions and requirements, please contact the Merchant before ordering any items on our Platform as Nuno does not independently verify or verify such representations. Accordingly, the Nuno Platform and its Merchants (as applicable) will reasonably endeavor to comply with your instructions for an order. Nonno website will not be legally responsible or liable for any goods or services provided by merchants that are unhealthy, cause harm, are unacceptable to users or do not meet users’ expectations in any way. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of delivery addresses and Nono platform does not bear any legal responsibility or liability for any such incorrect addresses; rather, the merchant who accepted the order is solely responsible for the preparation and delivery of all goods and services. Please note that the merchant will do its best to meet the specified delivery time, however, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond its control and therefore delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Delayed delivery of your order In the event that your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact Customer Support via the in-app customer support chat feature immediately. In some cases, additional information may be required to properly investigate the issue with your order. If we find that the order and/or the goods you received are significantly delayed, we will compensate you for the significant delay in your order. No-contact delivery As a delivery option, the customer may choose (for some offered goods) no-contact delivery (delivery of the order to the door of the house at the delivery address provided without face-to-face interaction, for example). Talabat will not be responsible for theft, damage, contamination and/or any other deterioration of the goods after they have been delivered.

4. Refund Policy

Nono takes user satisfaction seriously, in case of any problems related to the order of services and goods, you can contact Talabat Company through online chat and we will help you, and in appropriate cases, if Nono Company has already sent the invoice on behalf of the merchant, Nono Company will refund the amounts in full or in part, and in the following cases: If you did not receive your order, you can request a full refund, and in case part of your order is lost, you can issue a partial refund request. In each case, we will take into account the relevant factors including the details of the order, and we will make our efforts to satisfy you, you will receive the refunds in your Nono account as a credit, unless you request a refund to the original source and means of payment.

5. Disclaimer

The information, content, products, services and materials available through the Application (whether provided by Nono, you, other users, its affiliates or third parties), including but not limited to orders for goods and services, documents, text, images, graphics, audio files and video files, are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Nono disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, freedom from computer viruses and implied warranties arising out of course of dealing or performance.

6. Modifications

Nono may amend these Terms at its sole discretion at any time, and the amended Terms shall be effective immediately upon posting in accordance with applicable laws. You are solely responsible for checking these Terms regularly. If you do not accept the amended Terms, whether in whole or in part, you must stop using the Platform and/or any of its services immediately.

7. Price and Payment

Upon acceptance of your order, this represents an agreement between you as a customer and the store, and the store alone is responsible for this order. Cash payment is made directly to the store that fulfills the order. If you choose to pay by credit card or prepaid through the website, then the transaction will be executed through the Nono Needs website as an intermediary between you and the store, and delivery fees or any other fees will be calculated for each order and based on the policy of each store and any delivery fees or other fees will be clearly displayed in the order summary. Prepaid / Credit Cards: Please read the terms and conditions of the service before using the prepaid / credit card service: The customer is responsible for paying to the store, and the store may impose additional fees if the customer adds a "special order" or "general order" to his order, and payment for these additional orders will be made in cash upon delivery of the order. The refund process to the customer's account via the prepaid/credit card payment gateway may take 2-7 business days. In the event of any delay in re-crediting the amount to the customer's account that he paid, the customer must follow up with the bank directly and we will send an email to the customer containing a printed copy of the refund notice printed from the prepaid/credit card payment gateway as a reference for him in case the customer wishes to review the bank. Customers using the prepaid/credit card payment service are required to be present on their contact numbers.
